  Great workout in only 30 minutes. Workouts change each day. Mary and the other trainers are always there to make sure you strive to give that little bit extra each time your there.

  I have been a member at 9Round for over a year and I absolutely love it! It is 9 stations of workouts each one different and they change every day. You have a trainer with you while you workout so no need to go pay for one separate. Mary and her trainers are amazing. They help you through your workout, they push you when you need the extra push (sometimes when you don’t) and support you through it all. The more you come the more results you’ll see. If something is too hard for you they will modify it so you can do it properly and if it’s too easy they have ways to make them more advanced. You are done in 30 minutes and burn more calories than you do in an hour at a regular gym. The people that come here have become friends and feel like family. It’s a great place. Join today!
