The Union Pacific Trailhead is a great trail for walking, jogging and biking. There are stations along the trail that have water fountains and even dog watering stations. There are benches periodically as well. There is a great view of Charleston Mountain and The Strip and Downtown are visible. It's truly a beautiful walk.

Definitely a terrific place to take the dog walking definitely animal friendly you can walk run or go jogging maybe skipping I'm sure it don't matter just no motor vehicles. Every now and again you have a watering station you can stop and get a drink or fill up and the watering station is handicap and dog accessible

Excellent start to an epic trail. Shade, benches and a functioning water fountain. 10/10 would walk here again.
