  Wow! Is this the Heart of Florida? Physician? Yes! I have had the worst experiences with this hospital, staff and affections. I was not going to book an appointment bc I know how this hospital and dr are. But I had no choice I was in pain. I called to make an appointment. The lady who answered the phone was amazing. She knew what I needed ect. I was like hmm. Really. So then I went to the appointment. I arrived the same lady on the phone was there. She great me with a smile and she called me by my name. I was shocked. She then said your here the the ??:?? Appointment? I said yes she said a few things. Very polite. I filed out normal forms. I sat a few mins not 1 hr. I was called by my first and last name. I The was truly honestly treated by Dr Rubayat Rahman. I could not believe this. I found a dr that loves what she does and dose it right. Amazing! She is a excellent dr. No doubt! She sent me to do personal stuff. Told me to come back. I did today. I was told what going on and how to take care of my self. She did treat me! The best GI dr I ever had! No more pain and suffering.
