I've been a Farmers client for over ten years across two different states. Bruce and his staff have done an excellent job servicing my policies and are quick to respond to requests. We had a difficult time acquiring homeowners insurance because of fire risk in our area. We were told by several agents that we would have to cut down trees within 100’ of our home. We were so fortunate to finally talk to Brice Anderson. He worked with us on ways to manage the risk by trimming tree branches, relocating wood piles, mowing grass, etc. Bruce went way above and beyond to help us secure a great policy.
