  I love Dr Vance-the doctor and staff are great. However, I called in advance to make sure to store was open on a Saturday, their call center answered and told me they were open till 3, and, when I arrived at 2, they were closed. Saturday hours are stated by appointment but there seems to be a disconnect between the call center and the store on Saturdays. Head to the store on Saturdays only if you have talked to someone in the store itself.

  Look, if you're the kind of customer who insists on same or next-day service, clearly this isn't the place for you. But, neither are virtually any eye doctor offices in North America that aren't located in a mall or on a parcel of land in a mall parking lot. If, however, you want outstanding customer service from a friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, professional staff, give this location a shot.
