Delicious made from scratch cake.
Our cake was fabulous as was our entire experience with Karen. It is worth noting that Karen doesn't respond to e-mails, but answers every phone call! Everyone talked about how delicious our cake was and how GORGEOUS it looked. We are thrilled with our decision to go with Karen; she's the best for a reason!
We had a Karen Rodkey creation for a large family party this past weekend. Wow! So many guests went out of their way to tell me how tasty the cake was and where did I get it! At Karen's suggestion, we did two flavors on our two layers: Pumpkin Spice and Chocolate Ganache - both were excellent! Karen was exceptionally nice to work with and I highly, highly recommend her expertise for any special event. The cakes were so fresh, so well presented. We managed to save a very large section of cake to take home with us and freeze so we can savor it later on.
Karen made our wedding cake a little over 2 years ago and it was AMAZING. We also had the cake on our 1 year anniversary and it still tasted just as good. I recommend her to everyone I can!
