  Best local running shoe store! Also great shoes just for comfort and walking if you are not a runner. Shoes for all runners, fast/elite, new, trail, weekend runner. Also lots of great accessories.
  Friendliest and most knowledgeable staff around.

  It has been a long time since the last time I was here in this store. Still i am impressed with their level of customer service.   Regular customer, regular runner. Constantly switching and trying new shoes every time a rotation is due. Last purchase about a month ago, and the new brand was a bust. Constant blisters, not the comfort felt during purchase, tried to push through it thinking it would get better and feet would just conform. Didn’t happen, blisters and discomfort just got worse. Went back to this location, with shoes in hand, relayed issues, showed issues on feet (to the dismay of some I’m sure). They took care of me without a single hesitation, got me in a new pair of kicks, new socks too. Even gave me a store credit because the new pair was cheaper. Definition of customer service. Definition of customer for life. Go see Austin Butler at the Woodlands location – he’ll take care of you. Thanks Austin!! What a great customer experience!!
