  Went in to see Dr Neilan when lost hearing in one ear . Tests were ordered CT scan looking for tumors ect. They found nothing,no reason for hearing loss! This is called sudden hearing loss and if I had gone immediately maybe with steroids could have been helped, but I waited to long ! My neurosurgeon even looked over the exrays and said Dr Neilan was correct(as far as the brain tumors concerned). The reason I went to Dr Neilan was recommended by my neurosurgeon in first place! I have full confidence in him and his staff were always kind and considerate! Thank you! John Hamilton

  Not sure why they had such low reviews.
  But I will forever be indebted to Dr. Rance Raney from Texas ENT Specialist. When our PCP diagnosed my son with strep throat and treated him, then sent us to the hospital a week later, because they thought his tonsils had abscessed. My PCP nor Herman hospital in Shanendoah, realized my son had leukemia. And they did blood work and a CT scan.
  Not until they sent me to Dr. Rance Raney, because the ER Physician had diagnosed him with tonsillitis. Dr. Raney is the one who discovered my son had cancer. We are forever patients now!
