  Gareth is the best. He does a great job challenging you but also making you comfortable. He is extremely knowledgeable about physical fitness and develops great circuits to bring out the best in you. The environment at HCP is great. It is a great place to work out. It is welll equipped with all the weights and machines you could want. I highly recommend it!

  Gareth is the best trainer/strength & conditioning coach I've had. He plays an integral part for countless athletes in the area in achieving their goals in the weight room and in their respective sports.

  Best personal trainer in Texas. You leave all the BS at the door once you walk in and you get down to business. Without a doubt, you'll reach your fitness goals with Gareth's guidance. I wouldn't be the man I am today without the positive impact that HCP has had in my life for developing the foundations to achieve a consistent training routine balanced with a tailored made nutrition program.

  I have been coming to workout with Gareth since I was 15 and it has been the greatest experience. Gareth made the man I am today and helped me accomplish my goal of playing college football. There is no better place to workout and develop yourself than here. Gareth cares deeply for each and every person who comes to his gym.
