  All of the whiners leaving reviews need to learn to make appointments, grow some patience or pay a little more at a local tire shop (LTS). Discount Tire is able to get better prices than a LTS because they are so large of a company. They also have a lot more customers than a LTS because they have cheaper prices and better marketing. If you go to a Discount Tire then sometimes you may be there a couple of hours unless you have an appointment.
  
  Anyways, I ordered some new wheels and tires for my truck. They got them after a few days and I went to get them installed. I didn't make an appointment so they worked me in with the other customers. Appointments first then walk-in customers. I was there for probably an hour and a half. I just talked to other people while I was there and made the most of it.
  
  The worst part of the visit was the condition of the restroom. It was clean but the toilet needs a new lid for the tank.

  Friendly service and it's Wednesday around noon and it's not busy....great!!!

  Got us in and out and back on the road in about an hour. Great customer service and wide variety of options to choose from for our make and model car. No nickle and diming just got us what we needed nothing more nothing less.
