Mrs. Terry is wonderful! My 9 year old son’s behavior improved greatly at school since he started working with her. Her lesson are focused on social skills and strategies on self-control.

Ms. Terry helped us learn how to better parent our strong willed and spoiled six year old. In just a few sessions, we saw a marked improvement in his behavior. She helped us make lasting changes in our relationship with our child. We are so grateful for her insights and skills. Highly, highly recommend her!

We went to Ms Terry when our little 6 year old boy was having a very hard time in school. We had been to a few therapists before for various other things ex language development, speech etc , but this was the first time ever that we came across a person, who not only helped our child, but spent a whole lot of time discussing and training us on how to help our child.
Her sessions and the language used are designed in a way that are easy for our child to understand and implement. She was able to get to him like no other person, even in school. Telling a child that s/he is actually a superhero who defeats the unthinkables is very motivational to a child.
At the beginning of every session she would discuss in detail how our child's week went and would give us tasks to do during the week to implement what she taught our child (like play a board game with him).
As a result, our child has been doing very well in school now and teachers are getting to see the sweet person he actually is. They keep telling us how smart and intelligent he is and how proud they are of him. Even at home, he follows rules without protest, behaves better in public places and is a complete joy in our life. We can't thank Ms Terry enough for her support!

We have known Terry for almost 5 years now. She has worked with my 14 year old son one-on-one and has played a vital role in the development his social skills. He started having seizures when he was 6, and even had part of his brain removed when he was 8, which has significantly impacted him emotionally, behaviorally, and cognitively. Terry has understood my son's struggles and has worked hard to help him be the best he can be. She is patient and extremely knowledgeable in how to deal with his special situation and limitations. Terry puts her all into each session, and it is her mission to make sure my son gets the very best from her. She takes the time to help us as parents understand how to work with him at home. Terry is like a part of our family when it comes to the love and commitment she puts into her time with my son. I can't imagine how he would have made it through such a hard time in his life if he didn't have her dedication and support. She is an incredible asset to have in the education and development of any child with special issues!

Ms Terry has worked with my grandson for two years (kindergarten and first grade). He has participated in individual sessions and several play groups. I can see his social skills and confidence grow. Ms Terry is positive and has great ideas for the parents (they share her ideas with me). My grandson loves going to see Ms Terry. I highly recommend her services.
