  Karl Dillett was a great salesman! He was not pushy at all did a great job working with the numbers we wanted and made buying process very easy. I really can’t thank him enough for all the help he has providied with my 2019 Giulia. When you walk in ask for Karl he will bless you with the car of your dreams. When they first bring you out numbers for your car look at the paper and you and your salesman can have a good laugh about it they have about 200% margin in the deal so you pretty much have Ferrari monthly payments but hey takes a salesman to know a salesman’s game! When we really got down to business and discussed numbers it all worked out. Great guys over at Alfa though love the new car.

  So many good things to say about my experience here! I had originally called Arrigo multiple times & left messages with no response other than an occasional generic email. I looked into Rick Case, gave them a call & was immediately transferred to someone who answered ALL of my questions on the car I was interested in. My child was sick & I didn’t want to take him out car shopping as I know it takes some time, so we did the whole transaction over the phone. And Louis Rivera HAND DELIVERED my car!!! Amazing service, amazing cars, and the best people. Thank you SO much for an easy & pleasurable shopping experience. You guys are seriously the BEST! In LOVE with my new Giulia ????
