  Billie in the front office is super knowledgeable and very friendly! Shaun was very easy to talk to and explained everything when we picked the truck up.

  They have been uniformly friendly, and their service has been impeccable. My transmission was overheating badly, and I feared it needed to be replaced. They diagnosed it differently, and sent me on my way. I drove straight through to Topeka, Kansas, 11 hours at 70-75 MPH and the transmission temperature never got above 180°F. They also had warm chocolate chip cookies. AWESOME!

  I took my Elantra over here for an oil change yesterday. I had a 6 PM appointment. The staff was very welcoming & friendly. The service was fast & completed in a timely manner. They offer complementary tire rotation with oil change, that was really impressive. This was my first time over there, even received a discount coupon for future service. I recommend this place for you auto maintenance service.

  Wow! I had the best experience at Beckwith's today! I walked in, without an appointment, and was greeted by a friendly staff, the owner, and Gus and Scampi. ???????? They took in my vehicle, went over the entire process with me, and gave me an estimate. They gave me a ride a home, and I received a full digital inspection report including comments and photos. There was great communication throughout regarding costs and prioritization/urgency of repairs. The prices were fair and consistent with their competitors. There were two offers on Yelp that I was able to utilize. I dropped off my vehicle and was able to pick it in the same day. Excellent customer service from start to finish. The owner, Lynn, is fabulous, and you can tell that the entire staff is one big happy family. For as long as I live in Houston, Beckwith's will be taking care of my vehicle.
