  Customer for 16 years. I have just purchased my second embroidery machine here, very helpful, knowledgeable ,friendly staff. Appreciated the free 2 day class that I attended to help learn my new Baby Lock Destiny 11.

  I have always had good experiences here. The employees are friendly and so very helpful. They all feel like friends. Service of my machines is great and I hope to always buy from them. Very good pricing and quality. I love my Babylock.

  I purchased my upgraded sewing/embroidery machine here and have loved my experience since the first time I came in. Everyone is knowledgeable and helpful. Fabiola sold me the machine and I've had 2 one on one sessions with Jenny to learn how to use it. Both are extremely knowledgeable and willing to help. I will definitely be a lifelong customer here.
