  Nice, clean affordable storage unit. The manager James was very nice and extremely helpful in helping getting the unit set up and showing me around the grounds. I would definatly recommend to friends and family.

  Excellent customer service provided. First time using a storage unit. Kendra goes beyond to provide customers with their needs. She is very knowledgeable on her area. Great job kendra!!!

  Great experience, great customer service! Very clean and well put together business! Kendra was an awesome help she new everything inside and out and answered all my question! I defiantly recommend this place over anyone else! Also very great pricing!

  As a newcomer to Houston and searching for a storage facility near my new residence , I am fortunate in my selection of Extra Space Storage off 249 and James Richard. He is pleasant, very knowledgeable and very cooperative in assisting me with my furniture delivery timeline and in finding the right size climate controlled unit. This young man is an asset to this establishment with his exceptional customer service skills and caring attitude.

  I rented a small climate controlled unit here. James was very helpful and polite in sitting it up for me. This is an excellent location, right on the 249 feeder road about 1/2 mile going north before Spring Cypress Rd.
