  Could not have had a better first impression or shopping experience! The staff was friendly, not aggressive in terms of sales, and extremely emotionally intelligent. Combine that with some seriously impressive cookware and accessories at a quite reasonable price and I will absolutely return to this store as much as my wallet allows. Thank you for your help with the order Cindy and the amazing coffee Jessica!

  In need of a birthday gift, I stopped by Sur La Table on Sam Furr Rd on an impulse before grocery shopping. The customer service I received was first rate. Lauren greeted me at the door, answered questions, helped me find items, looked up prices and overall was very personable. The gentleman who cashed me out was also helpful and personable. Given the enjoyable experience, it’s likely I’ll be a recurring customer.
