  I've been having AT&T for some time now for EVERYTHING from cell phones to home internet and TV service. The staff here helped me rearrange my plan to save me a ton of money. I didn't even ask, just came in to pay the bill since I was near by. This was the best service I've had from anyone in a long time and would definitely come here for now on. I'll be upgrading with them soon since they were so helpful with saving me some money.

  Went in store on 2/27/19 regarding questions about my bill and Nate was wonderful. Answered all my questions and provided excellent customer service. I told my husband I had my first 'great' experience with AT&T at the store as we have had numerous installations issues and challenges when we would call their call center. Thanks Nate for all your help and positive attitude!! You're a huge asset to the AT&T team!!

  This store helped me when the big Hickory store couldn’t. Very professional and nice to me and my family. Roy was very helpful with everything and had the best experience ever glad to stay with AT&T.

  Was in the store on 1/26/2019. Roy helped me without hesitation. I must’ve asked him 5 or 6 different questions about my plan, getting new phones for my sons, and trading in an older phone. He answered everything with a smile on his face. Great service and friendly staff. Highly recommended.
