I went to BenchMark for physical therapy in Ballantyne for my scoliosis and they were great! Kelly e... xplained/demonstrated each exercise and laid out a week by week plan from day one. They were always professional and really flexible schedule-wise so I could come on my lunch break or in the afternoons after work.
