Wonderful experience! The staff was super friendly and ready to help with whatever our family needed!
My Father has been a short term rehab resident at Grosvenor Park for just over a week. He came here after a 2 week bout with pneumonia at the hospital. Since being here,he has received daily therapies and made excellent progress in regaining his strength and daily living abilities,
All the staff, from nursing, administration, social services, therapists and aides have been wonderful. They are caring and listen to each person to meet their personal needs.My Father is a somewhat picky eater and dietary has been able to provide him with great meals he enjoys eating.
Grosvenor Park also has a fantastic concierge service. I have especially been thrilled with their Uber service. As I currently can't drive, having this free car ride service available has allowed me to visit my Father daily, which has helped with his recovery.
All in all, i will say what you see on Grosvenor Park's website is exactly as the facility is. No one wants to be or have a loved one in such a facility, but if they have to be in one, I highly recommend Grosvenor Park.
