They claim that shopping is a pleasure at Publix and I could not more strongly agree. I have shopped here many times and not once have I noticed any employee treating anyone less than pleasant. The bakery items are an absolute delight. While you are there visit the deli department which offers the most delicious sub sandwiches of all varieties including Boar's Head meats.
