  This is such a step back in time! It's quaint, down to earth and calming. And it's only minutes away from Denver. Now, Jeffco is forcing the owner to upgrade and lose it's charm. Jeffco has been delaying any action for 7 years now. 7 years! This is common practice for Jeffco...look at their record.

  I stayed here this past weekend as part of attending the Evergreen Jazz Festival. I stayed in one of their 1-Bedroom units, the Aspen, which is one of four units in the same building. They also have cabins with only unit.
  
  It has a full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and a couple of burners. They also provide all the dishes.
  
  It is just a couple of miles from the Evergreen downtown but is nestled in a woody area. I found myself wanting to explore more, but also wanted to maximize my time at the festival. I will definitely stay again.
  
  It is not fancy but it is clean and comfortable.

  Beautifully maintained! Very kid friendly with a cute playground. I believe most of the buildings were built in the 50s but it was hard to tell as they were so well updated and maintained. Nestled in the forest, a true relaxing getaway!
