Big O Tires

These guys are great. I live by the Firestone here and they always treat me like I don't know what I am talking about and seem snarky about what I need done but the guys at Big O are the complete opposite. I needed help with a quick mod and one of there techs came out and talked me through exactly what I could do and my options. Prices are fair but for the service I get it's worth it

Top customer service and quality work; they always take good care of my 4 cars. Love their system of using text messaging...no sitting on forever-holds when they are busy. They will call if there is a question or update; otherwise text is perfect. Only had cranky-seeming person one time and I have never seen them again! Go back again and again

I've been a satisfied customer at the Evergreen Big-O store for 3 1/2 years now, and yesterday's service was exactly what I've come to expect - totally excellent customer service and spot on mechanical repairs. I do not hesitate to recommend this store to anyone needing quality automotive repairs or service.

Joel was incredibly generous, thoughtful and kind to go out of his way to help us with our tire service needs. This particular employee went above and beyond assisting my friend and I in a desperate time of need especially amidst a winter weather advisory. Joel is our hero, thank you SO MUCH!!!
