  I have been going there my whole life and never had anything bad happen. Its just a really great place so peaceful.

  Campsites were nice with plenty of shade trees. The bathrooms were not too bad in my part of the camp. The pool was a good size and shallow enough for young kids to get in as well.

  Perfect place to come with kids.

  I spent three nights here and had a pretty good time overall! I liked how there were some trails for walking throughout the campsite. The pool was in the perfect spot - it was so pleasant taking a swim while surrounded by trees. But please refill the soap in your bathhouses! Both the men's and women's bathhouses were completely out of soap.

  So, it has been about nine years since our last visit to Holly Lake Campground. Many improvements including disc golf, a small water park and still the biggest pool of any campground. The road system seemed to be better marked and the roads in general in better condition. Overall we really like this place. They have lots of activities for the kids and they are close enough to the beach. However, the bathrooms keep it from getting a five star. I hate that they do not provide hand soap or paper towels to use in the restrooms. It completely grosses me out so I take my own every time. I would rather pay more per night and have equipped bathrooms. If you are using your own RV with full hook up, then it shouldn't be a problem for you.
