Dr. Bert and assistant (Melissa) were simply wonderful. Dr. Bert was great. He has a great bedside manner, down to earth and obviously very knowledgeable with his almost 40 years of experience. Melissa was just one of the sweetest women I have ever met and they took very good care of me. I was extremely nervous going to them for a crown because I was pretty much a new patient and I've heard too many horror stories about bad dentists and I've had some problems with some in the past too. Dr. Bert numbed me up of which I didn't feel it at all. He used numbing cream so I didn't feel the first shot and then he waited a little bit for the first shot to take effect and then gave me the rest of the shots I needed. Seriously, didn't feel any of them. Then he drilled out the old filling and showed me the decay that was underneath. Another dentist must have left it for me as a surprise. Dr. Bert cleaned that out and saved me from a painful root canal. I got my temp crown on and it fits like a glove. Long story short, I am extremely happy with the level of care that I recieved from these terrific people. I would recommend them to EVERYONE. Shout out to my hygentist Cindy too. She did a great job on my very first visit and was gentle in the area where I was having issues. Turns out I needed a crown. I may be a little premature in writing this review due to the fact that I didn't get the permanent crown yet but I know that it will be fine and if it's not I am sure that Dr. Bert would make it right because his professionalism is second to none.
I came to Stonebridge after leaving an amazing family practice that I've been with and even previously worked at for over a decade (due to our move to PA). I was surprised and relieved to find such caring, professional people at Stonebridge. My cleaning was with Cindy was incredibly thorough and my teeth feel amazing! She took her time and explained where some areas to watch were located. For this first visit I also had to bring my 1 year old daughter along who is normally very agreeable. This day however, she was not. While I was cringing inside and trying not to show my stress, the employees were all very compassionate and willing to help out and keep her entertained until the rest of my cleaning was finished. That's above and beyond but it did not stop there! It was pouring when I was ready to leave and Cindy, my amazing hygienist, handed me a poncho to get myself and my daughter to the car without getting soaked. I am SO GLAD to have found this practice and I can highly recommend Cindy as great hygienist! Thanks!

They are very detail oriented, everything is always spelled out for you before work is done and they are very sensitive to their patients financial parameters and willing to present you with ALL options available.
The Dr's and hygienists are very attentive and in tune to their patients.
The front desk staff has never been anything but helpful and courteous! Everyone here is also equally great with children and adults.
Clean, comfortable and up to date office.
I love the email and text updates of upcoming scheduled appointments, as I tend to forget things.
Keep doing EXACTLY what you are doing!!
Kind and professional staff. Skilled and knowledgeable. Very supportive of Veterans and Military. Recently hosted Veterans for free cleanings and dental work. They were able to save a tooth that I could not have afforded to fix otherwise. Thank you Stonebridge team.
