  Bryan was very helpful, explaining everything he did when he did our spring tuneup. We are enjoying the new thermostat, so glad he had it with him! He installed a GPS to improve the indoor air quality. We hope to reduce allergies with this system.

  We have used Cloud Heating and Air for 18 years now and have never been anything but pleased with their service. Ryan was here today as part of our planned maintenance agreement, and as usual, we received friendly, prompt, professional service. As an added bonus, they are always super sweet to my over exuberant dog who likes to follow them around. :) They're a great company to work with; we highly recommend them!

  I have had a planned maintenance agreement with Cloud Heating & Air Conditioning for over 10 years. Under this agreement, in the fall, a technician checks & tunes up the furnace; & in the spring, a technician checks & tunes up the cooling system. The technicians have always been courteous & professional, have always thoroughly explained their findings, & have always fully answered any questions that I have had. In addition, the office staff are wonderful about reminding you when it is time to schedule your fall/spring visit; furthermore, on the day of your appointment, they are great about giving you a heads-up when the technician is headed your way. I have been very pleased with Cloud & highly recommend them. They hire quality individuals; they stand behind their work; & they strike me as an honest company.

  Joe was super thorough in his explanation of what we needed to do to repair the heat. He installed a new blower motor in no time! My wife and I are very happy to find a local company that can help us in a timely manner. Cloud is a great company to do business with. And the price was very fair.

  The office offered twice for the tech to come earlier than planned, which I appreciated. Arrived on time, super polite, did a great job and gave me good info. Even added anchors to an install job that I hadn’t done very well on my own. Will definitely use again.
