  Winn Kia's team, Adam and Abe, was amazing! I have been looking for cars for 2 weeks. I have visited 6 dealerships. I am so lucky to find Winn Kia. I contacted them yesterday morning, March 28, 2019. They replied to my email, text and calls in a timely basis. They followed up after they sent the material that I requested and offered help to any of my questions. The minute I walked in to their place they all welcome me with big smiles. Adam is very helpful and resourceful and he addressed all my concerns. Abe is sweet and courteous, he makes me feel he really care. I am extremely satisfied with their services. Needless to say, I bought the car with them the same day! I am so happy! I highly recommended them to anyone who is looking for terrific service and great price!

  Had a nice experience in Winn Kia of Fremont. Especilly Carl Leung and his team (a new employee who just started couple weeks ago).They are very patient and willing to spend time with me, even I just bought a used car. Finanlly I got the one I liked in Winn. I will definally refer my friends to here.

  This review has been waiting for long.
  Bought new Kia Optima 2018 in May - the salesperson Calvin was simply amazing! He was very helpful and happy to explain the features and also dropped the car at my place on my request. Highly recommend him.
  The finance person Louis is very easy to work with. Given that this was my first car, he helped me recommend insurance policies.
  The 1 star I take off here is because of the an altercation I had with Mr Ajay who tried telling me that I had agreed to pre-pay for a maintenance plan which I didn't. He apologized at the end when matter cleared up but I would expect better customer treatment from a Kia dealership. He still kept telling me that he was losing money on the car but retracted that when I said I don't want to do a deal where he is unhappy. I was also given discounts which, although were not out of the world, but were reasonable.
  
  Overall very easy to buy a car. Would definitely go back if we need another one in future.
