  Surprisingly large campground. Stayed at both group and individual sites and enjoyed both. Plenty of sunshine despite being in the redwoods. The creek provides just enough water to have a thrilling time with the kids. Plenty of places to explore up and downstream. Don't recommend staying here if your planning on spending most of your time on the coast.

  Nice and big campsites, and not to far from pescadero, where there is some shopping and supplies if you forgot to bring something. We camped here in October, got real dark real fast with all the tall trees and being in a valley. Bring lights. Very cool in mornings and when the sun goes down, but quickly fixed with a fire. No hook up for trailers or RVs. There is a dump station in campsite A. There are also bathrooms all around. Showers are 50cents for 2min. Had a great time here. Very empty on weekdays.

  Large park but not crowded. Beautiful forest. Some poison oak on trails. Steep cliff down to creek. Kids love it here. Small store for supplies.

  The camping trip was awesome...the place is clean, the staff are friendly, the trees are beautiful. We didn't get bit up by bugs and the camping spots are good sized. Close to the bay area and really easy to find. There are a bunch of places to explore and things to discover. Bring the family out and camp out for a while...you won't ever want to leave.
