    I came to Project Iron Therapy looking for help in getting back to powerlifting after a six month hiatus due to injury. Coach Shane made sure to find out as much information about my previous injury before putting together a strength training plan. He has a clear passion for lifting as well as helping others find that drive to be their personal best. He has definitely motivated me to stay positive through my rehabilitation back into lifting. Along with Shane’s expertise, Holly has kept nutrition simple and manageable. Her meal plans have provided extra energy I was lacking daily. I am never hungry and I am losing weight while building muscle. The team at Project Iron Therapy is worth your call/email. Seriously… call them!

    Project: Iron Therapy is the place to go if you really want to hit your fitness goals. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results I have seen in just the few months I have been training with Coach Shane. I can’t wait to see more results as I progresss.

    At Project: Iron Therapy, anyone can get a terrific training session. I’ve been working with Coach Shane for a little over a month now and he is knowledgeable and makes sure I understand how to properly perform each exercise so I don’t injure myself plus see great results! As an added bonus, he has some of the best prices for the sessions. For the knowledge and experience he has, you’re getting the best deal by working with Project: Iron Therapy.
