I found this new spot by coincidence. spoke to Mr Mendoza about some issues I was having with my laptop and how I was about to give up fixing it. He was really helpful and confident about how to fix it to the point that I decided to give it a shot. I usually bring my laptop or desktop to Geek Squad for updates and repairs, but I won't do it anymore. I got tired of being ripped of by this company not only for charging me $50 just for bringing my PC in, but also for not finding a solution to its problem.
I brought my laptop the next day and a few hours later it was up and running like new. my laptop recovered its speed and performance with not issues at all. I was kind of scare to ask how much for the job.... oh my surprise it cost me less than $50. I was ready to give him $200 after all the money that Geek Squad took from me without founding a solution.
