  Clean room, good wifi, very helpful front desk. I loved everything about this hotel except that they use magnetized door keys which stop working if placed in the same pocket as your phone, and breakfast isn't free. It is delicious, but it is not free, and that is something that is typically included in the cost of a hotel in this price range. Overall I would stay here again and I would enjoy it, but I would not host a business conference here because charging for breakfast cheapens the whole experience.

  Stayed here on work trip from Chicago. Live the stay. Very cozy and comfortable. Good atmosphere to sleep, rest, and then continue for work. Would definitely stay here again on next business trip.

  We've been staying here a week each year. Staff is super friendly. Breakfast bar has hit food, usually combination of eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, waffles, pancakes. Plus cereals, breads, lots of fruits. Breakfast can get busy around 7 with soccer teams and other sports but things move well. Staff does excellent job of keeping place clean and ready. Street traffic noise on lower floors, recommend higher floor. Beautiful mountain views from north side rooms. Mission inn views south side. Enjoy.

  Rooms are nice Hyatt Place quality you expect, maybe nicer then your average. Service was great and staff assisted whenever they could. Hotel provided a microwave without asking, once they noticed we were staying for a month. Breakfast is good and there is an adequate selection. Area around the hotel is safe even at night. Parking is $12 per night. Be aware that parking, even the hotel lot, is very hard to find during the festival of lights event. I had to park across the street multiple times.

  The customer service was excellent. The room was incredibly clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet each morning was beautifully set up and the food was great and delicious. It was a great experience all around, I have stayed at many hotels for work purposes, and this hotel was my favorite.
