  The Shelley Hickman State Farm Insurance office is the embodiment of excellent customer service. As a new client, Shelley and Sarah helped me choose products that best fit my household needs without breaking the bank. The process was quick yet efficient. They spend just the right amount of time with you so that you know your business is important to them and your time is important to you.   I've bounced around a bit when it comes to insurance. I made a jump to State Farm a few years back when I decided I wanted my insurance to have a single point of contact. My agent then moved out of state and I Shelley was recommended to me. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Shelley. She's professional, honest and truly has your best interest in mind. She recommends what you need and you never get the feeling she's trying to up-sell you something to make more money. She does a great job of explaining the intricacies of the plans in a plan easy to follow way. On top of it all, she's just a great human to work with!
