  Awesome gym with a great atmosphere. The coaches work with you depending on your fitness level and help you accomplish whatever goals you have set. The gym is always very clean and the equipment is all in great condition. Highly recommend to anyone whether your a beginner or experienced, you will fit right in!

  Personally I was tired of the same gym routine so I wanted to challenge myself and I found that through Crossfit. I had no experience entering Crossfit. At first step I found great leadership and coaches through Mike and CJ. Not only was I able to learn and pushy myself but I found a great community. First step is a great environment with a very clean gym for Crossfit. I would highly recommend First Step to anyone who wants to get into the Crossfit atmosphere for any reason.

  Great gym overall. All the equipment is new and in great shape, the programming is always changing and diverse, and the coaches work with you based on your level without pushing you to excess. Awesome and unique vibe and camaraderie. Highly recommend.

  Great set up and great trainers. I love the water side location, i can drive my boat to the gym.

  Awesome place and community. If you are serious about getting fit and having positive things happen in your life you will not be disappointed in Crossfit First step. The coaches are professionals and will help you achieve your goals. I’ve lost over 30lbs in 4 months but most importantly got a lot stronger.
