  Since moving out west, I’m so happy to have found this place. I’ve tried the bikram classes at the studio and I feel so blessed to be able to practice with these legends. It’s hot! ????Dom, Sheila and Brian’s bikram classes are amazing. I have been lucky enough to enjoy Sheila’s class at the Fort Lauderdale studio in the past, so it was a real nice surprise to her at this studio too! I plan to try the HIT class and the heated vinyasa classes too at some point! Gem of a place - out west yoh!

  Love this place. Instructors are great. Classes are not to packed. And super close to home.

  I love Casa D Hot Yoga, the instructors are very experienced and caring. I love how they encourage you, but will instruct you not to hurt yourself and all poses will come with breathing, relaxing and practice. You meet others that are new, so not to feel intimidated and encouraged by those who have been there longer. This is one fantastic healthy, caring, social and weight loss and toning studio and I "Highly" recommend everyone to visit and get to feeling better about your lifestyle; just don't take my spot. LOL

  All employees and owner are knowledgeable and helpful. By starting yoga, I actually sleep better, visit the chiropractor less, and monitoring how I breath. I love hot yoga!!!!
