Pros: The personnel was very kind and helpful.
The car was very comfortable, nice and with an economic consumption.
The toll fee is acceptable.
Cons: Some parts inside the car looked dirty. For example, the break handle, and the drink pockets. But still, a good deal!
Service was great and the rates were excellent!
The car we got, a Kia Sorento, was in excellent shape and drove very nicely. The return was pretty easy, though the area that Payless is in is tight. Good experience!
Located in the airport so no shuttle. There was no lines when i checked in and when I returned. No complaints.
