Outstanding group fitness concept that combines coaching, community, and high intensity output leading to a great sweat, improved conditioning, and increased strength. Been coming here for nearly a year and the results have been noticeable between my energy throughout the day, but also the body fat I've dropped. Love this place and can't imagine starting my day anywhere else.

I live all the way by VGBG near Uptown and go to this amazing gym. I've never had a workout that has pushed me so hard or met a group of people I enjoyed working out more than at UPRISING. The trainer, Jon, holds you accountable and notices your advances, pushing your personally and inspiring your to work even harder. He's conscientious of your weaknesses, so he understands when you may need a little extra help or motivation.

I highly recommend you try UPRISING. Once you start, it's hard to stop!

Amazing concept and great people! High intensity workouts with jump ropes and a very motivating coach. Perfect for everybody looking to work out early in the morning or after work!
