  They picked up my pontoon and did a service and cleaned the pontoon. They brought it back damaged.
  
  Sean in the service department was very responsive and came to my dock to assess the damage and helped.
  
  We all make mistakes. They took responsibility. I could not ask for more.

  Great dock and customer service. Kept my boat there for 6 years. Keep a close eye on your boat and trailer because they will ding it up from time to time. They always make it right and repair it however.

  I've had my boat there now for 2 seasons and the staff is great.. Always accommodating.. as I've rotated 3 boats at their facility already. Dock hands are very attentive and go the extra mile and office staff is great. Had my boat detailed last season and was presently surprised with the attention to detail, cleaning inside all the storage areas, the anti-skid, etc. and the price was super reasonable compared to doing it yourself or at other facilities!!
