(March 1, 2019, 7:42 pm)Good honest people that are down to earth, respectful, and approachable. It’s nice not to use a huge company, especially if you’re the average homeowner turned landlord. We had to find new property managers as our previous one sold their business and they honored the previous agreement terms. They only contact us when needed and handle the issues that come up with tenants. We don’t have to babysit or make decisions on vendors or contractors for repairs. Any invoices are discussed and there aren’t surprises on them or the disbursements. It’s a great price of mind knowing they are a part of our team!

(August 17, 2017, 5:50 pm)I rented a property through Preferred Home Management for 3 years and could not have asked for a better experience with leasing. Lynne and Hunter go above and beyond to accommodate their tenants. All of my calls or emails had a quick response and any issue I ran into was promptly addressed. I took care of general landscaping and outdoor services for some of the properties they manage a few years ago and assure that they are always well maintained. Definitely worth checking out if you need a place to rent in the Charlotte area.
