Baldauff Family Funeral Home and Crematory

We lost my mom suddenly in October of last year and our family was recommended to Baldauff Family Funeral Home from friend whose family had previously used their services for a loved one who passed. From the moment Kevin arrived to retrieve my mother he was kind, respectful, and professional. As anyone can imagine it is such an emotional and difficult time and there were so many decisions to make. Kevin helped us through the entire process and had numerous options and vendors we could choose from. Even when we had awkward questions and special requests, he handled us as though we were family and put our worries to rest.  Also when we had an issue with how something turned out he and his team immediately went to work to fix it. I really dont think there are enough words to express how amazing Kevin and his entire staff were to our family. I would highly recommend this company, Kevin O'Connor and his staff.

In August 2018 we had a family member pass unexpectedly and needed a funeral home. Found ourselves at Baldauff and from the beginning to the end they were professional , they were straight forward with everything. In these times you need someone who is honest and respectful when your family is in pain from a loss, They were clear on every option every cost, offered alternatives in cost and never once did we ever feel we were being treated poorly or persuaded to spend more than we wanted to for this service. I can not extend a higher recommendation and respect for everyone there who made my brothers service so honorable and correct for our family . It is a devastating event when someone you love passes and hard to think about the business side of planning a funeral while your dealing with such a loss inside, its reassuring knowing that Baldauff was there to assist with honesty and integrity and a perfect facility every step in the process . My mom passed last March and we used their services. They did a wonderful job I can't Imagine how hard it is for them having to deal with sad and hurting family members everyday.

Steve Baldauff was such a wonderful help when my father died. He was very kind and patient as he walked my mother and me through the process of making decisions about the cremation, urn, funeral cards, and everything. He was kind enough to dress my father in his favorite outfit so that we could see him one last time before the cremation, and helped coordinate all of the arrangements with the church. He made a difficult time a little bit easier.
