After my first visit I was so happy with my jewelry that I haven't trusted or gone anywhere else. Jen was so friendly as soon as I walked in and my ring was perfect when I picked it up. Since then I've had my earrings and broken chain fixed as well. I've recommend this place to all my girlfriends.
She's awesome and I felt very welcome whenever I was at the store. The job is amazingly done and made me and my fiance very happy! I definitely recommend Billerica Jewelers! :)
Jen at Billerica Jewelers was fantastic to work with. She went out of the way to find us exactly the perfect stone and made us a custom ring I love! They also had a great selection in the store; I highly recommend!
Was referred to this shop by a friend and I was pleasantly surprised to find the owner of the store happy to make an exception and stay late because of my retail jobs hours. I work until 6 everyday but one, and when I explained this to the person on the phone she was happy to stay a little late on her early close day. How refreshing to find a business so willing to work with a customer.
I have know the owners of this store for a long time and have found them very knowledgeable and honest about everything I have brought or had fixed there. The pieces of jewelry I have bought have been beautiful and worth every dollar I spent on them. Not sure what happen with the last review, but everyone has a bad day every now and then, and that can go both ways. With that being said, I am not sure the business would still be in business since the late 70's if they had this attitude all the time. In my experience with both members of the family, I have only seen them very friendly and willing to help.
