  I believe that Israela has helped me a great deal. She helps me to get to the core of my problems and then offers her observations. She listens and doesn't watch the clock from what I can see. I think I have a long way to go but with her help I am confident that I will get there. Also, she told me she thinks I am a very intelligent, observant person. That in itself has helped me to get back to utilizing the intellect that I thought I may have had but felt had been destroyed. She encourages me to think and feel and to remember that I am not a stupid inferior horrible person. I Thank the Lord I have found her.
  Also, and this is really important she remembers what our previous sessions were about. She guides you to conclusions about your behavior and reactions. She encourages you to work at a solution. If you don't know how, she will suggest different behavioral approaches. She does not hold back. I have have had different therapists over the years. She is far above all I have gone to.
